EFY Viet Nam becomes one of the organizations providing services of receiving, transmitting and storing e-invoice data.

On November 11 2021, the General Department of Taxation completed the evaluation of documents, system connection and signed contracts of service providers to receive, transmit and store e-invoice data. In which, EFY Viet Nam officially signed a data connection contract with the General Department of Taxation and became the organization that transmits, receives and stores e-invoice data.

After many days of rigorous evaluation, on 11/11/2021, the General Department of Taxation officially announced the list of organizations that transmit, receive, and store invoice data that signed a data connection contract with the General Department of Taxation. In particular, EFY Viet Nam is one of the units selected by the General Department of Taxation to sign a contract to become an organization providing the service of receiving and transmitting e-invoice data.

EFY Viet Nam is the first unit to submit an application to become an e-invoice transmission organization to the General Department of Taxation. After selecting the service providers to receive, transmit and store e-invoice data, the General Department of Taxation organized the first phase of technical connection and system testing (from 30/11 to 4/11) and the second phase (from 4/11 to 8/11) with these units. Testing of technical connection and testing of data transmission and reception was conducted between 6 tax departments implementing e-invoice phase 1, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Phu Tho, Binh Dinh and service providers.
